Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before you move ahead.

Learn how Meridian Vale connects to existing systems, supports teams and keeps operational data governed.

Which systems can Meridian Vale connect to?

We work with ERP, warehouse management, transport management, EDI, telematics, carrier feeds and operational spreadsheets. The exact connection method depends on the source, security model, data rights and refresh requirements. We document ownership and validate a sample before a connection is put into regular use.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on source readiness, the number of workflows and the scope of the first measurable outcome. We stage work through discovery, connection, a bounded pilot and scale-up so the team can prove assumptions before expanding.

How is customer data protected?

The platform is designed around least-privilege access, controlled environments, encryption in transit, auditability and documented operational procedures. Specific controls and evidence are reviewed during procurement and security assessment.

Can teams operate across countries and regions?

Yes. Meridian Vale supports international operations across time zones, regional operating models and multiple source-system environments. Local requirements, data residency and language needs are assessed as part of solution design.

Can access differ by user or site?

Access can be organized around defined roles and operational scopes so people see the information needed for their work. Detailed permissions are agreed with your administrators during onboarding and reviewed when responsibilities change.

Can dashboards be tailored to our operation?

Views and measures are designed around agreed workflows, service commitments and operating questions. We prioritize context and useful decisions over an unbounded collection of charts.

Who owns the data used in the service?

You retain ownership of the operational data you provide. Our use is limited to delivering, securing and supporting the contracted service, subject to the applicable agreement and privacy terms.

How does support work?

Support requests are categorized by operational severity and routed to the right owner. Our staffed hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 Central European Time, excluding public holidays in Spain. Critical issues have a rapid acknowledgement pathway without a guaranteed resolution time.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is scoped to the operational footprint, data connections, user needs, service level and implementation effort. We define the pilot boundary and ongoing responsibilities before commercial terms are agreed.

How frequently is data refreshed?

Refresh cadence depends on the source and workflow. Near-real-time event feeds can be handled differently from scheduled exports or warehouse summaries. We make expected latency and source limitations explicit for each signal.

Do we need to migrate away from existing tools?

No. The approach is designed to connect systems already in use rather than require a wholesale replacement. Source systems remain the operational record unless a separate programme changes that arrangement.

What training is included?

Onboarding includes workflow orientation and enablement for operational users and administrators, with guidance adapted to the agreed pilot. We help teams understand what a signal means, what action it supports and how feedback improves it.

Still have a question?

Ask it in the context of your operation.

We can talk through your systems, rollout approach or service objectives before there is a project brief.
